You’ll be in charge of solidifying our systems and processes and ensuring the operations of the company run smoothly from client and vendor onboarding, to identifying opportunities for improvement and executing on our strategic goals. You will also be assisting with recruiting, when necessary, and help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.
Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in operations management (or a related field) and have
prior experience in a management position. A deep understanding of financial management is also a plus.
